Our Services Are Broken Down Into The Following Stages:

Stage 1 - £600

Visit site, discuss and develop brief with the client, carry out measured site survey. Concept design (one week), prepare concept plans and presentation, present presentation to client: layout plans, concept images & detailed costings

Stage 2 - £3,500

Develop concept and layouts, prepare full presentation: internal and external visuals (computer walks trough’s if required for an additional fee), detailed plans, elevations, lighting and flooring layouts. sample and mood boards.

Stage 3 - (from) £1,000

Planning & building control applications, full drawing packages and specification ready for tendering, liaising with contractors, monitoring tender and advising client, salon furniture, project management, defects supervision.
